The ECO4 package offered by the government contains a flexible eligibility pathway, also known as LA Flex. Perhaps one of the best ways to qualify for this pathway is by using what is referred to as LSOA, which stands for Lower-layer Super Output Area. The bottom line is this: certain areas within Nottingham qualify as high priority for energy improvement.
If your house is in an LSOA with a ranking of 1-3, you may qualify for one of the proxies or direct grants for your school. If you have a child of school age or are 65+ years, you will be fast-tracked for the 100% funded system.
