Loft, Cavity Wall, Internal/External wall, and Room In Roof Insulation Grants Homeowners, Landlords, and Private Tenants throughout the nation are eligible for grants that used to install simple insulation measures in their homes. The recent changes in funding mean that many more people will qualify for free insulation.

The insulation of a room in the roof also attracts Eco grant funding, with homeowners and private tenants who meet certain requirements receiving substantial grants to help insulate their homes.

Heating Grants

We offer grant funding to qualified homeowners, tenants, and landlords to replace broken boilers, inefficient boilers, and new central heating systems. Some of these grants are also available for tenants who live independently. This project funded in full by the ECO Energy grant program. Moreover, solid wall insulation also attracts grant funding, with qualified homeowners, landlords, and private tenants of residential properties receiving grants for the insulation cost.
